NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th Feburary, 2024
Ο.Ν. 22(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 24 of the Representation of the People Act,
1950 (as amended), and in supersession of its Notification No. 508/TP/2012 (A) dated 9th January, 2012, the Election
Commission of India hereby designates, in consultation with Government of Tripura, each of the officers specified in
column (2) of the Table below against each district of the State of Tripura in column (1), as the Appellate Officer
before whom appeals shall lie from the decisions of the Electoral Registration officers of the Assembly
Constituencies, specified in column (3) of the Table, in the State of Tripura, under Sections 22 and 23 of the
Representation of the People Act, 1950 :-
