CORRIGENDUM NOTIFICATION

Case No - AD(OI) – 45/2024
Subject: - Corrigendum to Initiation Notification issued in the Anti-Dumping Investigation concerning imports
of Nylon Filament Yarn originating in or exported from China PR and Vietnam.
F. No. 6/48/2024-DGTR.— Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act 1975 as amended from time to time
(hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Antidumping
Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 thereof, as amended from time to time
(hereinafter referred as the 'Anti-Dumping Rules' or the 'Rules'); the Designated Authority has issued the Initiation
Notification No. 6/48/2024-DGTR dated 26.12.2024 in respect of the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of
"Nylon Filament Yarn" originating in or exported from China PR and Vietnam.
Minor typographical errors had occurred in the aforementioned Initiation Notification. Thus, the following
correction is made in the initiation notification:
All references to "Century Enka Private Limited” in introduction, paragraph 7 and paragraph 8 are corrected
to read as "Century Enka Limited".
