The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, Directorate General of Trade Remedies, issued an amendment notification on December 10, 2025, concerning the anti-dumping investigation on imports of "Certain Flat Rolled Products of Aluminium" originating in or exported from China PR. This amendment is issued by the Designated Authority, having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Duty or Additional Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995. The original Final Findings Notification number 6/27/2020-DGTR was dated September 7, 2021. The current corrigendum is issued in light of the Delhi High Court's final order dated July 7, 2025, passed in Customs Appeal CUSAA 48/2024, which led to the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) Final Order No. 50471/2023 dated April 13, 2023 (passed in Anti-dumping Appeal No 51425 of 2022) attaining finality. Specifically, point 'v' is added below the duty table in Paragraph 129 of the Final Findings, thereby amending the exclusions from the scope of the product under consideration to include 'Lithograde Aluminium Coils of width above 1150 mm,' in addition to the existing exclusions of 'Can-body Stock – also includes Can End Stock (CES) used to make aluminium cans' and 'Aluminium Foil up to 80 microns.'

In light of the Delhi High Court's final order dated 7 July 2025 passed in Customs Appeal CUSAA 48/2024 which has led to the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) Final Order No. 50471/2023 dated 13 April 2023 (passed in Anti-dumping Appeal No 51425 of 2022) attaining finality, the Authority hereby issues this corrigendum notification to amend the Final Findings to exclude ‘Lithograde Aluminium Coils of width above 1150 mm' from the scope of the Product Under Consideration (PUC). 3. In the note below the duty table in Paragraph 129 of the Final Findings, point "v" is added therein and stands amended as below: "*The following products are excluded from the scope of the product under consideration: iii. Can-body Stock – also includes Can End Stock (CES) used to make aluminium cans; iv. Aluminium Foil up to 80 microns. v.
