7755 GI/202 3 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY आंध्र प्रिेि - 522201 अ्‍यक्ष” No. 5119] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY , DECEMBER 15, 2023/ AGRAHAYANA 24, 1945 CG-DL-E-15122023-250688 MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce ) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th December, 2023 S.O. 5348 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred b y section 4 of the Tobacco Board A ct, 1975 (4 of 1975), read with 4 of the Tobacco Board Rules, 1976, the Central Government hereby appoints the following person as Chairman of the Tobacco Board for a period of three years with effect from the date of pub lication of this notification in the Official Gazette and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Commerce (Tobacco Industry Development Council) number S.O. 5417, dated the 17th December, 1975, namely: - In the said notification, under the heading, “appointed under clause (a) of sub - section (4) of section 4, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries sha ll be substituted, namely: - “1. Shri Yashwanth Kumar Chidipothu Flat No. A302, Siva Capital Greens Apartments, Near CSR Gardens, Tadepalli, Andhra Pradesh – 522201 Chairman”. [F. No. 2/1/2018 -EP(Agri.VI)] RAJESH AGRAWAL , Addl.
