NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th May, 2026
S.O. 2505(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the
Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 Of 2020) and in supersession of the notification
of Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment S.O. 4195(E) dated the 28th December 2016, S.O.
4198(E) dated the 28th December 2016, S.O. 4200(E) dated the 28th December 2016, S.O. 4290(E) dated the 28th
November 2019, S.O. 4293(E) dated the 28th November 2019 and S.O. 4295(E) dated the 28th November 2019, the
Central Government hereby appoints the following officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table to be the Registering
Officer for the area of jurisdiction specified against them in column (3) of the Table in relation to all establishments
for which the Central Government is the appropriate Government under clause (d) of section 2 (1) of the said Code,
namely:-
