The rules stipulate that a One Hundred Rupees denomination coin shall be coined at the Mint under the Central Government's authority to commemorate the Birth Centenary of Panth Rattan Late Shri Gurcharan Singh Tohra. This coin must be Circular with a 44 millimeter diameter, have 200 serrations, and be composed of Pure Silver (99.9 per cent silver, specifically 999 parts of silver per 1000 with a tolerance of 998.8 and above). The standard weight is 40 Grams, with a remedy allowed of 1/8000th plus or minus, permitting a weight range of 39.995 grams to 40.005 grams. The design includes the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar, "INDIA", Rupee symbol "₹", and "100" on the obverse, and the image of PANTH RATTAN LATE SHRI GURCHARAN SINGH TOHRA with the inscription "BIRTH CENTENARY OF PANTH RATTAN LATE SHRI GURCHARAN SINGH TOHRA” and years "1924" and "2024" on the reverse.

Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin to commemorate the occasion of Birth Centenary of Panth Rattan Late Shri Gurcharan Singh Tohra) Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Denomination of coin.—The coin of One Hundred Rupees denomination shall only be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of Birth Centenary of Panth Rattan Late Shri Gurcharan Singh Tohra. 3. Design.—The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule annexed to these rules. 5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.—The standard weight of the coin of denomination referred in rule 2 to commemorate the occasion of Birth Centenary of Panth Rattan Late Shri Gurcharan Singh Tohra and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule annexed to these rules. First Schedule (See rule 4) ONE HUNDRED RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमेव जयते" inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagari script and on the right periphery with the word "INDIA" in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol "₹" and denominational value "100" in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: This face of coin shall bear the image of PANTH RATTAN LATE SHRI GURCHARAN SINGH TOHRA in the centre of the coin. The inscription “पंथ रतन स्वर्गीय श्री गुरचरण सिंह टोहड़ा की जन्म शताब्दी" shall be written in Devnagari script on the upper periphery and the inscription "BIRTH CENTENARY OF PANTH RATTAN LATE SHRI GURCHARAN SINGH TOHRA” in English shall be depicted on the lower periphery of the coin. The year "1924" on left side of the image and the year "2024" on right side of the image of PANTH RATTAN LATE SHRI GURCHARAN SINGH TOHRA shall be written in international numeral.
