S.O. 203(E). - Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department
of Financial Services, vide number S.O. 1625(E), dated the 5th April, 2025, issued under sub-section (1) of section 23A
of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government has notified for amalgamation of Chaitanya
Godavari Grameena Bank, Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank, Saptagiri Grameena Bank and Andhra Pradesh Grameena
Vikas Bank (Regional Rural Banks), sponsored by the Union Bank of India, Canara Bank, Indian Bank and State Bank
of India into a single Regional Rural Bank called as the Andhra Pradesh Grameena Bank with its head office at
Amaravati under the sponsorship of Union Bank of India.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23D of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976
(21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby directs that with effect from the 1st May, 2025, Chaitanya Godavari
Grameena Bank, Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank, Saptagiri Grameena Bank and Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas
Bank, which by reason of amalgamation have ceased to function, shall stand dissolved and this direction shall take effect
notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in section 26 of the said Act.

S.O. 204(E). - Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department
of Financial Services, vide number S.O. 1626(E), dated the 5th April, 2025, issued under sub-section (1) of section 23A
of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government has notified for amalgamation of Dakshin
Bihar Gramin Bank and Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank (Regional Rural Banks), sponsored by the Punjab National Bank and
Central Bank of India into a single Regional Rural Bank called as the Bihar Gramin Bank with its head office at Patna
under the sponsorship of Punjab National Bank.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23D of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976
(21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby directs that with effect from the 1st May, 2025, Dakshin Bihar Gramin
Bank and Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, which by reason of amalgamation have ceased to function, shall stand dissolved
and this direction shall take effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in section 26 of the said Act.

S.O. 205(E). - Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department
of Financial Services, vide number S.O. 1627(E), dated the 5th April, 2025, issued under sub-section (1) of section 23A
of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government has notified for amalgamation of Baroda
Gujarat Gramin Bank and Saurashtra Gramin Bank (Regional Rural Banks), sponsored by the Bank of Baroda and State
Bank of India into a single Regional Rural Bank called as the Gujarat Gramin Bank with its head office at Vadodara
under the sponsorship of Bank of Baroda.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23D of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976
(21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby directs that with effect from the 1st May, 2025, Baroda Gujarat Gramin
Bank and Saurashtra Gramin Bank, which by reason of amalgamation have ceased to function, shall stand dissolved and
this direction shall take effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in section 26 of the said Act.

of Financial Services, vide number S.O. 1628(E), dated the 5th April, 2025, issued under sub-section (1) of section 23A
of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government has notified for amalgamation of J & K
Grameen Bank and Ellaquai Dehati Bank (Regional Rural Banks), sponsored by the Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd. and
State Bank of India into a single Regional Rural Bank called as the Jammu and Kashmir Grameen Bank with its head
office at Jammu under the sponsorship of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23D of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976
(21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby directs that with effect from the 1st May, 2025, J & K Grameen Bank and
Ellaquai Dehati Bank, which by reason of amalgamation have ceased to function, shall stand dissolved and this direction
shall take effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in section 26 of the said Act.

S.O. 207(E).- Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department
of Financial Services, vide number S.O. 1629(E), dated the 5th April, 2025, issued under sub-section (1) of section 23A
of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government has notified for amalgamation of
Karnataka Vikas Grameena Bank and Karnataka Gramin Bank (Regional Rural Banks), sponsored by the Canara Bank
into a single Regional Rural Bank called as the Karnataka Grameena Bank with its head office at Ballari under the
sponsorship of Canara Bank.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23D of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976
(21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby directs that with effect from the 1st May, 2025, Karnataka Vikas Grameena
Bank and Karnataka Gramin Bank, which by reason of amalgamation have ceased to function, shall stand dissolved and
this direction shall take effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in section 26 of the said Act.

of Financial Services, vide number S.O. 1630(E), dated the 5th April, 2025, issued under sub-section (1) of section 23A
of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government has notified for amalgamation of Madhya
Pradesh Gramin Bank and Madhyanchal Gramin Bank (Regional Rural Banks), sponsored by the Bank of India and
State Bank of India into a single Regional Rural Bank called as the Madhya Pradesh Gramin Bank with its head office
at Indore under the sponsorship of Bank of India.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23D of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976
(21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby directs that with effect from the 1st May, 2025, Madhya Pradesh Gramin
Bank (erstwhile) and Madhyanchal Gramin Bank, which by reason of amalgamation have ceased to function, shall stand
dissolved and this direction shall take effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in section 26 of the said
Act.

S.O. 209(E).— Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department
of Financial Services, vide number S.O. 1631(E), dated the 5th April, 2025, issued under sub-section (1) of section 23A
of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government has notified for amalgamation of
Maharashtra Gramin Bank and Vidharbha Konkan Gramin Bank (Regional Rural Banks), sponsored by the Bank of
Maharashtra and Bank of India into a single Regional Rural Bank called as the Maharashtra Gramin Bank with its head
office at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar under the sponsorship of Bank of Maharashtra.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23D of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976
(21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby directs that with effect from the 1st May, 2025, Maharashtra Gramin Bank
(erstwhile) and Vidharbha Konkan Gramin Bank, which by reason of amalgamation have ceased to function, shall stand
dissolved and this direction shall take effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in section 26 of the
said Act.

S.O. 210(E).- Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department
of Financial Services, vide number S.O. 1632(E), dated the 5th April, 2025, issued under sub-section (1) of section 23A
of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government has notified for amalgamation of Odisha
Gramya Bank and Utkal Grameen Bank (Regional Rural Banks), sponsored by the Indian Overseas Bank and State
Bank of India into a single Regional Rural Bank called as the Odisha Grameen Bank with its head office at Bhubaneswar
under the sponsorship of Indian Overseas Bank.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23D of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976
(21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby directs that with effect from the 1st May, 2025, Odisha Gramya Bank and
Utkal Grameen Bank, which by reason of amalgamation have ceased to function, shall stand dissolved and this direction
shall take effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in section 26 of the said Act.

S.O. 211(E).- Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department
of Financial Services, vide number S.O. 1633(E), dated the 5th April, 2025, issued under sub-section (1) of section 23A
of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government has notified for amalgamation of Rajasthan
Marudhara Gramin Bank and Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya Gramin Bank (Regional Rural Banks), sponsored by the State
Bank of India and Bank of Baroda into a single Regional Rural Bank called as the Rajasthan Gramin Bank with its head
office at Jaipur under the sponsorship of State Bank of India.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23D of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976
(21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby directs that with effect from the 1st May, 2025, Rajasthan Marudhara
Gramin Bank and Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya Gramin Bank, which by reason of amalgamation have ceased to function,
shall stand dissolved and this direction shall take effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in section
26 of the said Act.

S.O. 212(E). - Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department
of Financial Services, vide number S.O. 1634(E), dated the 5th April, 2025, issued under sub-section (1) of section 23A
of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government has notified for amalgamation of Baroda
U.P. Bank, Aryavart Bank and Prathama U.P. Gramin Bank (Regional Rural Banks), sponsored by the Bank of Baroda,
Bank of India and Punjab National Bank into a single Regional Rural Bank called as the Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank
with its head office at Lucknow under the sponsorship of Bank of Baroda.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23D of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976
(21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby directs that with effect from the 1st May, 2025, Baroda U.P. Bank,
Aryavart Bank and Prathama U.P. Gramin Bank, which by reason of amalgamation have ceased to function, shall stand
dissolved and this direction shall take effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in section 26 of the
said Act.

S.O. 213(E).- Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance,
Department of Financial Services, vide number S.O. 1635(E), dated the 5th April, 2025, issued under sub-section (1) of
section 23A of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government has notified for amalgamation
of Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank, Paschim Banga Gramin Bank and Uttarbanga Kshetriya Gramin Bank (Regional
Rural Banks), sponsored by the Punjab National Bank, UCO Bank and Central Bank of India into a single Regional
Rural Bank called as the West Bengal Gramin Bank with its head office at Kolkata under the sponsorship of Punjab
National Bank.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23D of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976
(21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby directs that with effect from the 1st May, 2025, Bangiya Gramin Vikash
Bank, Paschim Banga Gramin Bank and Uttarbanga Kshetriya Gramin Bank, which by reason of amalgamation have
ceased to function, shall stand dissolved and this direction shall take effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary
contained in section 26 of the said Act.

S.O. 214(E).- Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance,
Department of Financial Services, vide number S.O. 600(E), dated the 3rd February, 2025, issued under sub-section (1)
of section 23A of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government has notified for
amalgamation of Telangana Grameena Bank and part of Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank (Regional Rural Banks)
operating in the State of Telangana, sponsored by the State Bank of India into a single Regional Rural Bank called as
the Telangana Grameena Bank with its head office at Hyderabad under the sponsorship of State Bank of India.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23D of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976
(21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby directs that with effect from the 1st January, 2025, Telangana Grameena
Bank (erstwhile) and part of Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank operating in the State of Telangana, which by
reason of amalgamation have ceased to function, shall stand dissolved and this direction shall take effect notwithstanding
anything to the contrary contained in section 26 of the said Act.
