NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th January, 2025
S.O. 262(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Spices Board Act,
1986 (10 of 1986) read with rules 4 and 5 of the Spices Board Rules, 1987, the Central Government hereby appoints
the following persons as Members of the Spices Board, for a period of three years from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette or till he ceases to be the Member of Lok Sabha, whichever is earlier and for that
purpose makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile
Ministry of Commerce, number S.O. 123 (E), dated the 26th February, 1987, namely:-
In the said notification, for serial numbers 2 and 3, and the entries relating thereto, the following serial
numbers and the entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:-
