L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-14122024-259408 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4982] | NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2024/AGRAHAYANA 22, 1946 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY CABINET SECRETARIAT NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th December, 2024 S.O. 5382(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely: - 1. | (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) (Three Hundred and Seventy-eighth Amendment) Rules, 2024. | (2) They shall come into force at once. 2. | In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE, under the heading "MINISTRY OF WOMEN AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT (MAHILA AUR BAL VIKAS MANTRALAYA)" – | (a) Entry 13 relating to "Central Social Welfare Board (CSWB)" shall be omitted; | (b) Entry 15 relating to "Food and Nutrition Board" shall be omitted; | (c) Entry 19 relating to "Rashtriya Mahila Kosh" shall be omitted.
