L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-14112024-258661 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 4 PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 155] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2024/KARTIKA 23, 1946 MINISTRY OF DEFENCE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th November, 2024 S.R.O. 155(E)— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) and sub-section (4) of section 13 of the Cantonments Act, 2006 (41 of 2006), the Central Government, on being satisfied that for the administration of the Pachmarhi Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Pachmarhi Cantonment Board where the term of the members shall expire on the 29th November, 2024, hereby makes a declaration to vary the constitution of the Pachmarhi Cantonment Board with effect from 30th November, 2024, for a period of one year, or till such time the said Board is constituted under section 12 of the said Act, whichever is earlier.
