EXTRAORDINARY PART I—Section 1 PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 239] NEW DELHI, THURSD AY, SEPTEMBER 12 , 2024 /BHADRA 21, 194 6 CG-DL-E-14092024-257178 MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT (Central Advisory Contract Labour Board ) RESOLUTIO N New Delhi, the 12th September, 2024 No. S-16012/02/2023 -L.W(B).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a Committee to consider the Grant of exemption to Amelia Coal Mine of THDC India Limited under section 31 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 against Notification No. S.O. 2063 dated 21.06.1988 in respect of employment of Contract Labour in the works at serial no. 1 to 3 given in the schedule to the said Notification. 2. The composition of the Committee and its terms of reference will be as under: - 1. The terms of reference of the proposed Committee would be as follows: - “To study whether there is justification for grant exemption to Coal Mining Projects at Ameli a Coal Mine of THDC India Limited in the works specified in the schedule to the notification No. S.O. 2063 dated 21.06.1988 at serial no. 1 to 3 against Notification No. S.O. 2063 dated 21.06.1988 prohibiting of employment of Contract Labour in the works given in the schedule (Sl.
