The Ministry of Corporate Affairs issued S.O. 4072(E) dated 4th September 2023, notifying that the National Financial Reporting Authority, New Delhi, functioning under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has been declared under Sub-Rule (4) of Rule 10 of the Official Language (Use for Official Purposes of the Union) Rules, 1976 (as amended in 1987, 2007 and 2011) as an office where more than 80% of its officers and employees have acquired working knowledge of Hindi. The notification was issued by the Central Government and signed by Inder Deep Singh Dhariwal, Joint Secretary, under File No. 11016/83/2022-Hindi.
