No.2765 (E), dated the 28th August, 1965, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby specifies the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be authority, to exercise the powers conferred on them by the said proviso, in relation to which the Central Government is the appropriate Government, in respect of the establishments situated within the area of jurisdiction specified in column (3) of the said Table thereof, namely:- TABLE +-------+---------------------------------+------------------+ | Sl.
