No. 186(E), 187(E), 188(E), 189(E), 190(E), 191(E) and 192(E) dated 19/1/2017, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as authority, for computation of the cost of living allowance and the cash value of the concessions in respect of supplies of essential commodities at concession rate in the establishments, at such intervals and in accordance with such directions as may be specified or given by the Central Government from time to time, in relation to which the Central Government is the appropriate Government, within the jurisdiction specified in column (3) of the said Table thereof, namely:- TABLE +---------+---------------------------------+---------------------+ | Sl.
