Thara, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, as Member of the Delhi Development Authority, with immediate effect. 2. Further, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 4 and 5 of the Delhi Urban Art Commission Act, 1973 (1 of 1974), the Central Government appoints Ms. D. Thara, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, as Member of the Delhi Urban Arts Commission (DUAC), with immediate effect. The tenure of Ms. D. Thara, Additional Secretary, as Member in DUAC shall be co- terminus with the other Members of the Commission. 3.
