Khanwilkar, Chairman of the Mahanadi Water Disputes Tribunal, the vacancy of the Chairman has occurred in the Mahanadi Water Disputes Tribunal, constituted by the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation vide notification number S.O. 1114(E), dated the 12th March 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii), dated 12th March, 2018. AND WHEREAS, the Chief Justice of India has nominated Ms. Justice Bela M. Trivedi, Judge, Supreme Court of India to fill the said vacancy under section 5A of the Inter-State River Water Disputes Act, 1956 (33 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act); NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the said notification, namely:- In the said notification, for serial number (1) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:- "(1) | Ms. Justice Bela M.
