L. -33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4334] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY , OCTOBER 13 , 2023/ ASVINA 21, 1945 CG-DL-E-13102023-249424 MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th October , 2023 S.O. 4505 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (3) of section 3 of the Spices Board Act, 1986 (10 of 1986) read with rules 4 and 5 of the Spices Board Rules, 1987, the Central Government hereb y appoints the following person as a Member of the Spices Bo ard for a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Commerce , number S.O. 123(E), dated the 26th February, 1987, namely: - In the said notification , for serial number 31 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: - “31. Dr. Atya Nand, Member.” Director , Ministry of Labour and Employment, Shram Shakti Bhawan, Rafi Marg, New Delhi. [F. No. 5/4/2022 -Plant -D] AMARDEEP SINGH BHATIA , Addl. Secy.
