In the table to the said notification, for serial number 4 and the entries relating there to, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: - Sl.No. State or Union Territory Court of Session designated as Special Court under the Prevention of Money - Laundering Act, 2002 Area specified for trial of offence punishable under section 4 of the Prevention of Money -Laundering Act, (1) (2) (3) (4) “4 Bihar District and Sessions Judge, Patna Districts of Patna, Bhojpur, Buxar, Kaimur, Rohtas, Nalanda, Jamui, Munger, Lakhisarai, Sheikhpura, Jehanabad, Arwal, Aurangabad, Gaya, Nawada, Banka, Bhagalpur (17 districts). Additional District and Sessions Judge -XVI, Patna Districts of Begusarai, Khagaria, Saran, Siwan, Gopalganj, East Champaran, Muzaffarpur, Sheohar, Sitamarhi, Vaishali, West Champaran, Darbhanga, Madhubani, Samastipur, Madhepura, Saharsa, Supaul, Araria, Katihar, Kishanganj, Purnea (21 di stricts).” [F.
