No. U-23013 /14/2016 -LW( B).—In exercise of the power s conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a Committee to examine and investigate in detail the violation being done by several Ports (all over India) where contract labour system has been prohibited. 2. The composition of the Committee and its term of reference will be as under : - 1. Executive Director Establishment ( IR/Labour Laws), -Member Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), Room No. 369, Rail Bhawan, New Delhi – 110001. 4. Shri Kunal Rawat, -Member National Secretary, All India Trade Union Congress and General Secretary Rajasthan State Committee of All India Trade Union Congress, 35-36, Ranjeet Nagar, Khatipura, Jaipur -302012 5.
