EXTRAORDINARY PART I—Section 1 PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 246] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY ,SEPTEMBER 12, 2024 /BHADR 21, 194 6 CG-DL-E-13092024-257141 MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT (Central Advisory Contract Labour Board ) R E S O L U T I O N New Delhi, the 12th September, 2024 No. U -23013/15/2014 -LW(B). - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulat ion and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a Committee to consider the Grant of exemption to Coal Mining Projects of Coal India Limited under section 31 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 against Notification No. S.O. 2063 dated 21.06.1988 in respect of employment of Contract Labour in the works at serial no. 1 to 3 given in the schedule to the said Notification. 2. The composition of the Committee and its terms of reference will be as under: - 1. Shri Shiv Kumar Yadav, Member President, Koyala Shramik Sabha, WCL Headquarter, Civil Lines, Coal Estate Nagpur -440018. 4. The Director (Personnel and Industrial Relations), Member Coal India Limited, Coal Bhawan, Premise No. 04, MAR, Plot No. - AF-III, Action Area – 1A, New Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata – 700163. 5. Shri B.K. Shri Amit Kumar, Section Officer, Member Coordinator Ministry of Labour and Employment, Shram Shakti Bhawan, Rafi Marg, New Delhi -110001 The terms of reference of the purposed Committee would be as follows: - 3. “To study whether the conditions mentioned in the Notification No. S.O.3284(E) dated 7th December, 2015 being followed in the various Coal Companies under the aegis of Coal India Limited or not”. 4.
