The composition of the Committee and its terms of reference will be as under: - 1. Shri Shiv Kumar Yadav, -Member President, Koyala Shramik Sabha, WCL Headquarter, Civil Lines, Coal Estate Nagpur -440018. 3. Shri Jayant S. Deshpande, -Member E-88, Amar Colony, Near Raghunath Mandir, Lajpat Nagar -4, New Delhi -110024. 4. Shri B.K. Bhatia, -Member Additional Secretary General, Federation of Indian Mineral Industries (FIMI), FIMI House, B -311, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase -I, New Delhi -110020. 5. Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) - Member Convener Jabalpur. 6. The terms of reference of the proposed Committee would be as follows: - “To study to working condition of Contract Labour in the job/works of over burden removal, drilling and blasting and float ore operations in all Iron Mines Steel Authority of India Limited, Bhilai Steel Plant.” 4.
