No. S -16012/01/2017 -L.W.(B). —In exercis e of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a Committee to consider the Grant of exemption to Coal Mining Projects at Talabira II & III Coal Blocks at Odisha of NLC India Limited under section 31 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 against Notification No. S.O. 2063 dated 21.06.1988 in respect of employment of Contract Labour in the works at serial no. 1 to 3 given in the schedule to the said Notification. 2. The composition of the Committee and its terms of reference will be as under: - 1. The terms of reference of the proposed Committee would be as follows: - “To study whether there is justification for grant exemption to Coal Mining Projects at Talabira II & III Coal Blocks at Odisha of NLC India Limited in the works specified in the schedule to the notification No. S.O. 2063 dated 21.06.1988 at serial no. 1 to 3 for a period of 5 years against Notification No. S.O. 2063 dated 21.06.1988 prohibiting of employment of Contract Labour in the works given in the schedule (Sl. No. 1 to 5) to the said Notification. 4. The Headquarter of the Committee will be at Bhubaneswar. The Committee shall submit its report within Two month. JAI BHAGWAN , Secy .
