No. U-23013/12/2017 -L.W(B).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a Committee to go into the question of prohibition of contract labour in various jobs/works of aerobridge operation and maintenance in the establishment of M/s Mumbai International Airport Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai. 2. The Composition of the Committee wil l be as under: - 1. Shri Surendra Kumar Pandey, -Chairman Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, Qutr. 107 Po -Vishrampur Koliyari, District - Surajpur, Chhatisgarh. 2. Shri Shiv Kumar Yadav, -Member President, Koyala Shramik Sabha, WCL Headquarter, Civil Lines, Coal Estate Nagpur -440018. 3. Shri B.K. Bhatia, -Member Additional Secretary General, Federation of Indian Mineral Industries (FIMI), FIMI House, B -311, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase -I, New Delhi -110020. 4. Shri Ranjay Kumar, -Member Qr. No. 6117, Sector -4/F, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand -827004. 5. The Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) -Member Convener Mumbai 6. The terms of reference of the proposed Committee would be as follows: - “To study the working of contract labour system in the jobs/work of aerobridge operation and maintenance in International Airport Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai and to make suitable recommendations whether or not the employment of contract labour in the said establishment be prohibited in the jobs/works of aerobridge operation and maintenance keeping in view the provisions of Section 10 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970.” 4.
