NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th February, 2024
S.O. 639(E). In pursuance of sub-regulations (1), (2), (3) and (4) of regulation 11 of the Metalliferous Mines
Regulations, 1961, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and
Employment number S.O. 3487(E), dated the 08th October, 2020, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part-II, Section-3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 8th October, 2020, except as respects things done or omitted to be done
before such supersession, the Central Government hereby constitutes the Board of Mining Examinations (Metal) and
appoints the following persons as members of the Board for a period of three years with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the Gazette of India, namely:-
1. Chief Inspector of Mines

Director (Technical), Manganese Ore (India) Limited,
