S.O. 638 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Coffee Act, 1942 (VII of 1942) read with rule 3 and sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Coffee Rules, 1955, the Central Government hereby appoints the following person as member of the Coffee Board, for the period specified against her name with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette and for that purpose makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce), number S.O. 4256 (E), dated the 9th September, 2022, namely: - 2. In the said notification, for the serial number 6 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted, namely: - "6. Dr. Shamla Iqbal, Secretary to the Government, Horticulture and Sericulture Department, Government of Karnataka -Member (She shall hold office up to the 8th September, 2025 or until further orders whichever is earlier.);".
