These officers, equivalent to the rank of gazetted officers of the Government of India, are authorized to exercise powers and perform duties under the said Act within the local limits of jurisdiction covering the premises of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation in both the National Capital Territory of Delhi and the National Capital Region area.
