Detailed Summary

This Corrigenda, G.S.R. 892(E), dated 10th December, 2025, issued by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, makes several corrections to its previous Notification G.S.R. 846 (E), dated 13th November, 2025, which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i). Specifically, on page 24, 'of this Gazette' is corrected to 'in the Official Gazette' in both line 22 and line 24. On page 29, 'Department' is corrected to 'Departments' in line 44. On page 32, 'given in such' is corrected to 'given in such order' in line 4. On page 34, 'everybody' is corrected to 'every body' in line 1, and '(18 or 2013)' is corrected to '(18 of 2013)' in line 26. Furthermore, on page 38, line 2, '.' is corrected to ';', and for lines 1 to 15, '(a) to (f)' is corrected to '(a) to (g)'. This corrigenda was signed by Ajit Kumar, Joint Secretary.
