In the said notification, for serial number (4) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: - “4. Shri Pawan G. Chandak Member”. Member of the Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India 3. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. [F.
