This notification makes a further amendment to the Government of India's previous notification S.O. 1853(E), dated May 13, 2021 (Notification No. 63/2021/F. No. 370142/37/2020-TPL). Specifically, in the opening paragraph of S.O. 1853(E), the phrase "31st day of March, 2025" is substituted with "31st day of March, 2030". This amendment applies except for actions done or omitted between April 1, 2025, and the publication date of this notification. The principal notification S.O. 1853(E) was previously amended by S.O. 2844(E) dated July 18, 2024. The notification is signed by BAHNI TELENGA, Under Secy., and bears F. No. 88/2025/F. No. 370142/37/2020-TPL) number S.O. 1853(E), dated the 13th May, 2021 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) except as respects things done or omitted to be done on and from the 1st April, 2025 till the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:— In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, for the figures, letters and words “31st day of March, 2025”, the figures, letters and words “31st day of March, 2030” shall be substituted.
