The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, through Corrigendum S.O. 3028(E) dated June 12, 2026, exercised powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) to amend its previous Notification S.O. 5354(E) dated November 24, 2025. The original notification was published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) on November 24, 2025. This corrigendum specifically modifies the 'SCHEDULE' by correcting survey/gut numbers, types of land, and nature of land for various parcels within Palghar District, Palghar Tehsil. For Newale village, specific survey numbers are updated, with land types changing from 'Private' to 'Government' for some plots (e.g., 'Pad' or 'Udland Protect Forest') and maintaining 'Private Unirrigated/Agriculture' for others, covering a total 3(A) area of 18.2836 hectares. For Hanuman Nagar village, various private unirrigated plots, totaling 11.8410 hectares, are now specified as 'Unirrigated Agriculture' with updated survey/gut numbers. The total 3(A) Area Land (Hectare) for the entire schedule remains 31.7443 hectares, indicating a correction of descriptive details rather than the overall land area. S.O. 3028(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section(1) of section 3A of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 5354(E) dated 24 November, 2025,
published in the Gazette of the India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub section (ii), dated 24 November, 2025.
