L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-12032026-270890 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 171] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, MARCH 12, 2026/PHALGUNA 21, 1947 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th March, 2026 G.S.R. 177(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 9 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (46 of 1988), and in supersession of the Notifications of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, GSR 157 (E) dated 28th February, 2025 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby reconstitutes an Advisory Board for a period of one year from the date of its effect, consisting of:- i) Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anup Jairam Bhambhani - Chairman ii) Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anish Dayal - Member iii) Hon'ble Mr. Justice Tejas Karia - Member 2.
