ORDER
ORDERED that a copy of the Resolution be communicated to the State Governments of
Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh,
West Bengal, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh and to the Union Ministries of Finance, Railways,
Agriculture, Road Transport and Highways, Niti Aayog, Prime Minister's Office, Secretary to the
President of India and Comptroller and Auditor General of India for information.
ORDERED also that the Resolution be published in the Gazette of India and State
Governments of Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Jharkhand,
Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh be requested to publish it in the State
Gazette for general information.
