No. 7/20/2023 -DGTR .—Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended from time to time, and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti -Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, thereof, the Designated Authority has issued the Initiation Notification No. 7/20/2023 -DGTR dated 30.09.2023, in respect of the above sunset review anti -dumping investigation. The paragraph 4 of the above -mentioned initiation notification stands substituted to be read as under: ‘4. On the basis of the said recommendation, defin itive anti -dumping duties were imposed by the Central Government vide Custom Notification No.21/2020. Customs (ADD) dated 29.07.2020 on the imports of the subject goods, originating in or exported from subject countries.
