Short title and commencement. – (1) This Order may be called the Geo Textiles (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2022. (2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the offic ial Gazette. 2. In the Geo Textiles (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub -paragraph (2), the following sub - paragraph shall be substituted, namely : - “ (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st January 2024.” [No. 6/1/2021 -R&D (Pt .2)] RAJEEV SAXENA, Jt.
