Now, therefore, in pursuance of sub -rule (2) of Rule 9 and sub -rule (2) of Rule 12 of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, the President hereby authorizes Shri Sanjay Singh, Deputy Secretary (PSP) in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs to exercise powers of the appointing authority, disciplinary authority and appellate authority vested in the Director (Printing) in respect of Group ‘B’, Group ‘C’ and Group ‘D’ posts (upgraded to Group ‘C’ as Multi -Tasking Staff) in the Directorate of Print ing till a regular appointment is made to the post of Director (Printing) in Directorate of Printing or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
