The Ministry of Culture, through Notification G.S.R. 379(E) issued on June 9, 2025, has exercised powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Rampur Raza Library Act, 1975 (22 of 1975), to notify the nominations of three persons to the Rampur Raza Library Board. These individuals were nominated by the State Government of Uttar Pradesh under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of section 5 of the aforementioned Act. The nominated persons are Dr. Jyotish Joshi (D-4/37, Sector-15, Rohini, Delhi-110089), Prof. Rajnish Kumar Mishra (Professor, School of Sanskrit and Indic Studies, Jawahar Lal Nehru University, New Delhi-110067), and Prof. Manish (Professor & Dean, School of International Studies, Central University of Gujarat, Sector-29, Gandhinagar, Gujarat-382030). Their term of office is set for a period of five years from the date of the Notification's publication in the Official Gazette.
