Subject: Restoration of RoDTEP rates – reg.
S.O. 1855(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and
Regulation) Act, 1992, read with Para 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central
Government hereby notifies the followingamendments in the Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products
(RODTEP) Scheme:
2. Restoration of RoDTEP rates:
The RoDTEP rates and value caps as specified in Appendix 4R and Appendix 4RE, as applicable on 22.02.2026, are
hereby restored with effectfrom 23.03.2026for all eligible export products.
3. Supersession:
This notification supersedes Notification No. 60/2025–26 dated 23.02.2026 and the Corrigendum dated 24.02.2026,
except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession.
Effect of this Notification:
RODTEP benefits shall be available at the rates and value caps as applicable on 22.02.2026, thereby
withdrawing the earlier restriction of 50% notified vide Notification No. 60/2025–26 dated 23.02.2026.
