This change applies prospectively, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such amendment, and comes into force on 16th February, 2026.

L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-11022026-270053 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 666] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2026/MAGHA 22, 1947 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA: EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th February, 2026 S.O. 700(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 458 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs number S.O. 1354 (E) dated 21st May, 2014 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 22nd May, 2014, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such amendment, namely:- In the said notification, for the words “office of Regional Director at Noida", the words and figure "Regional Director, Northern Region Directorate I, Headquarter at New Delhi" shall be substituted. 2.
