L&DO-VI and Shri Bipin Kumar Singh, Dy. L&DO-VII, being Gazetted Officers of Government of India, to be the Estate Officers for the purpose of the said Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred, and perform the duties imposed on an Estate Officer by or under the said Act within the local limits of his/her jurisdiction in respect of Public Premises as detailed below: +--------+------------------------------------------+----------------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | S1.
