(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Culture, Archeological Survey of India, Private Secretary (Group ‘B’ post), Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Ministry of Culture, Archaeological Survey of India, Private Secretary Recruitment Rules, 2023, -- (a) In the Schedule, -- (iii) In column (11), for the existing entry under Note 1 of Deputation, the following en try shall be substituted, namely: -- The departmental Officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation or absorption.
