NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th September, 2025
S.O. 4091(E).— Whereas, M/s. Ansal IT City & Parks Limited, had proposed under section 3 of the
Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereinafter referred to as the said Act, to set up an
Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services Special Economic Zone at Plot No.
6, Sector-Techzone, Greater Noida, in the State of Uttar Pradesh;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)
of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified an area
of 30.41 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification
Number S.O. 1375(E) dated 29th August, 2006;
AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Ansal IT City & Parks Limited has now proposed for de-notification of
8.717 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Uttar Pradesh has given its approval to the proposal
vide letter No. I/974937/2025 dated 27th May, 2025;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Noida SEZ has recommended the proposal for
de-notification of an area of 8.717 hectares of the Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8)
of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of
section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones
Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 8.717 hectares at above special economic
zone, thereby making the resultant notified area as 21.693 hectares. The Survey numbers and the area for de-
notification are given below in the table, namely: -
