The Additional Central Provident Fund Commissioner in-charge of the State of Madhya Pradesh shall be the Secretary of the Regional Committee for the State of Madhya Pradesh. 3. The term of office of the Chairman and every member of the Regional Committee shall be three years commencing on and from the date on which their appointment is notified in the Official Gazette. However, every member shall continue to hold office until the appointment of his successor is notified in the Official Gazette. 4. This will come into force with immediate effect.
