Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, Commissionerates, Lower Division Clerk, Group 'C' Post, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, Commissionerates, Lower Division Clerk, Group 'C' Post Recruitment Rules, 2022, in rule 5, sub-rule (2) shall be omitted.
