In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (2) of section 1 of the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2023 (18 of 2023), the Central Government hereby appoints the 9th day of August, 2024 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act, insofar as it relates to serial number 23 and the entries relating thereto in the Schedule to the said Act relating to the Spices Board Act, 1986 (10 of 1986), shall come into force.
