The Ministry of Labour and Employment, through Notification S.O. 2341(E) dated May 8, 2026, has exercised powers under sub-section (1) of section 139 of the Code on Social Security, 2020 (36 of 2020). The Central Government notifies that ninety days from the date of notification of the Social Security (Central) Rules, 2026, will be the date from which employers in every public sector and private sector establishment shall be required to report vacancies to the concerned career centre.
