The Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying (Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying) issued Notification S.O. 513(E) on 29th January, 2026, from New Delhi. Exercising powers conferred by Sub-Section (2) of Section 8 read with Section 9 of the National Dairy Development Board Act, 1987 (37 of 1987), the Central Government nominated Shri S. Regupati, who serves as the Executive Director (Operations) of the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), as a whole-time Director on the board of the National Dairy Development Board. This nomination is made from among the executives of the highest grade within NDDB, with a tenure co-terminus with his services in NDDB or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The notification was signed by Sanjay Kumar, Under Secretary. A note clarifies that the principal notification was S.O. No.210(E) dated 4th March, 1994, published in the Gazette of India, and has undergone subsequent amendments, with the latest cited amendment being S.O. No. 2705(E) dated 11th July, 2024.
