L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-09012025-260065 EXTRAORDINARY PART I-Section 2 PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 01] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, JANUARY 7, 2025/PAUSHA 17, 1946 MINISTRY OF CULTURE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2nd January, 2025 No. 17/2/2023-ASI.— Pursuant to the approval of Appointments Committee of the Cabinet conveyed vide communication No. 31/1/2023-EO (SM.II) dated 07.12.2023 and upon police verification of his character & antecedents and medical fitness, Shri Yadubir Singh Rawat, Former Director, Directorate of Archaeology and Museums, Government of Gujarat, has been appointed to the post of Director General, Archaeological Survey of India, New Delhi, in Level-15 of Pay Matrix on contract basis, for a period of three years w.e.f. 1.1.2024 (the date of assumption of charge of the post) or till attaining the age of 70 years, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest, on usual terms and conditions as are applicable in the case of re-employed Government Officers.
