CORRIGENDUM NOTIFICATION

Subject: Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Calcium Carbonate Filler Masterbatch" originating
in or exported from Vietnam.
F. No. 6/38/2024.—DGTR Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended from time to time
(hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Duty or
Additional Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time,
therefore, the Designated Authority issued the final findings notification number 6/38/2024-DGTR dated 27.09.2025 in
respect of anti-dumping investigation undertaken on imports of Calcium Carbonate Filler Masterbatch originating in or
exported from Vietnam.
2. Paragraph 350 of the final findings stands substituted as below:
"350. In view of the above, the Authority, in terms of provisions contained in Rule 17(1)(b) read with Rule 4(d)
of the Rules, recommends imposition of anti-dumping duty equal to the lesser of margin of dumping and the
margin of injury, so as to remove the injury to the domestic industry. The Authority accordingly recommends
imposition of anti-dumping duty on the imports of the subject goods originating in or exported from Vietnam
for a period of five years from the date of notification to be issued in this regard by the Central Government,
equal to the amount indicated in Col. 7 of the duty table appended below for a period of 5 years."
