Detailed Summary

The Central Government, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Central Silk Board Act, 1948 (61 of 1948), notifies the nomination of Dr. K. Sreenivasulu, IAS, Director of Horticulture & Sericulture, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, to serve as a Member of the Central Silk Board. The nomination is for a period of three years from the date of this notification, subject to the provisions of the Act. Dr. K. Sreenivasulu is nominated on the recommendation of the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh under Section 4(3)(g) of the Act. This notification is issued by the Ministry of Textiles as S.O. 2039(E) on 7th May, 2025, and is signed by Padmini Singla, Jt. Secy.
