No. RCD-15001/4/2021-Regulatory-FSSAI-part(1).— In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section 5 of Section 10 read with Section 37 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby notifies the following officers as Central Food Safety Officers for the area mentioned against each with effect from the date of publication of this notification by amending the principal notification, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4 dated the 2nd September, 2021:- In the table; (1) against Sr. no. 7, in column '3' relating to 'Area of Jurisdiction', after the existing words, the words 'and Mumbai Airport' shall be inserted; (2) against Sr. no. 11, in column '3' relating to ‘Area of Jurisdiction', after the existing words, the words 'and Mumbai Airport' shall be inserted; (3) against Sr. no. 44, in column '3' relating to 'Area of Jurisdiction', after the existing words, the words 'and Delhi Airport' shall be inserted; (4) against Sr. no. 52, in column '3' relating to 'Area of Jurisdiction', after the existing words, the words 'and Chennai Airport' shall be inserted; (5) against Sr. no. 72, in column '3' relating to 'Area of Jurisdiction', after the existing words, the words 'and Kolkata Airport' shall be inserted; RAJIT PUNHANI, Chief Executive Officer [ADVT.-III/4/Exty./17/2026-27] Note: The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4 vide F.
